Miss. Kartishwari Shanmugam Chettiar has earned a degree in Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Mumbai University. She has completed the coursework towards gaining a degree in B.Ed and is currently pursuing her PhD in Abstract Algebra. Her teaching experience of more than 18 years in India has been commendable. Her major achievement being receiving Best Teacher Award from Mr. Rajendra Dadra, Education Minister, Maharashtra She has so far been very successful in her teaching and training students for various competitive examinations like Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains), VITEEE, National Defence Academy (NDA) Exams, Common Entrance Exam (CET) and BITSAT Exams.
Mr. R. Dharmarajan is presently working in the Department of Mathematics as a Lecturer in MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done his Master degree (M.Sc.) and M.Phil. In Mathematics. He has 25 years of teaching experience and has proved his excellence by guiding students to crack JEE Mains and Advanced, BITS and other competitive exams every year.
He has a passion for research, to innovate solutions, create short solutions, error digging etc. He is very good in understanding student’s process of thinking, breaking inhibition barrier etc. (which are different for each students). Overall he aims for learning, self-improvement and give better output. He believes that there is always scope for improvement and a better day, there is hope as long as morale is high.
Mr. Vijay Singh, a Physics teacher is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has been teaching Physics to class 11th and 12th grade. He has done his Masters in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, Rajasthan and Bachelors in Science from Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi. He has secured ranks at various national level competitive exams IIT-JAM, IIT-GATE, CSIR-NET, JEST. He had been working in Department of Nuclear and Atomic Physics at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Mumbai. Mr. Vijay is known for his creativity in adapting child centric and activity-based teaching.
Mr. Jayprakash Saini, a Chemistry teacher is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has been teaching Chemistry to class 11th and 12th grade. He has done his Masters in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Dhanbad, Jharkhand and Bachelors in Science from Maharajas’s college, University of Rajasthan. He has secured rank at national level competitive exam IIT-JAM. He is very passionate about teaching and is an expert in developing new ways to explain the concepts in an effective way.
Mr. Alimineti Chandu is presently working in the Department of Biology as a Senior Lecturer at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done his P.G, D.Ed in Life sciences from University Campus of Osmania University and He qualified CSIR-UGC NET. He has 7 years’ of experience in teaching in Biology for Higher Education, NEET, MHT-CET and AIIMS in Sri Chaitanya Educational institutions & Sri Gayatri Educational Institutions in Telangana. He has worked in two states of India. He was highly appreciated for the commitment, team work by the management at Sri Chaitanya Junior College & Sri Gayatri Educational Institutions in Hyderabad. His motivation and guidance has enabled many students to get admissions in Medical Colleges. He has attended several workshops on Classroom Managements, Learner Centric Methods, Life skills, Lesson plans, and Year Plans.
Ms. Swapna Chavare chemistry teacher with 8 years of experience is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. She has completed her Masters in Organic Chemistry from Pune University & B.Ed. from SNDT University in 2014. She is pursuing Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. She attended faculty development programs conducted by SVERI’S College of Engg. Pandharpur. She has handled various responsibilities like Class coordinator, NBA coordinator, Girl’s care taker in SVERI’S college of Engg. Pandharpur.
Mrs. Shubhangi Salunkhe, a Physics teacher with 12 years of experience is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. She has been teaching Physics at various levels v.i.z. Diploma Engineering, 11th to 12th. She has done her Masters in Physics from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and bachelors in Science and Education from Shivaji University Kolhapur. She is perusing Ph.D. in Physics from Solapur University Solapur. Mrs. Shubhangi is known for her creativity in adapting child centric and activity-based teaching.
Mr Jeevan Kulkarni, Maths Teacher has 18 years of experience. He is presently working as Mathematics Lecturer in MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done Master degree (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra State.
He has an experience in teaching Mathematics for Higher Education, MHT-CET, JEE-MAINS.
He was training students to crack NDA exam for 4 years. His motivation and guidance has enabled many students to get admissions into Government Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra.
Mr. Aditya Uttam Shep is presently working as an I.T Teacher in the Department of Information Technology at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has completed B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) From M.B.E. Society's College of Engineering, Ambajogai. He has over 2 years’ experience in teaching the subject to students of higher education. He has strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Mr. Narayan Deshpande is presently working as a lecturer in crop production (Botany) In MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He is Post graduate in pollution Control (Environmental science) from SMU University. He has completed BSc with first class in botany from Shivaji University Kolhapur and also Completed B.Ed. from Solapur University. He has been teaching Environment science, Botany, Zoology in various education Institutions for more than 15 years he has participated in many teacher training programs & workshop.
Mr. Samir Abdul Rashid Mulani is presently working as a IT Teacher in the Department of Information Technology at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has over 6 years’ experience in teaching the subject to students of higher education. He has completed M.C.A. (Master of Computer Application) from Solapur University, Solapur.
Mrs. Savita Dattatraya Uppalli has 13 years of teaching experience to post graduate and graduate students and also have two years of Industrial Experience. Presently, she is working with MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur for Commerce Stream. She has completed Master’s Degree in Business Administration, also done Master of Philosophy and Master of Commerce from Solapur University, Solapur. She stood first in Solapur University and obtained Gold Medal. Presently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from Punyashloka Ahilyadevi Solapur University, Solapur. She has presented 30 National and International Research Papers in various Conferences. Her three research papers got second prize. She has attended various Faculty Development Programs organized by Sinhgad Institutes. She has worked as a Lecturer as well as contribution for student’s personality development, communication skills, organized and participated in preparing and presenting business plan competitions and got first prize at Ahmednagar. She has guided to the students to carry out the Summer Project. She was the Co-ordination for National Conference. Her aim is to work honestly for the welfare of the students and institute.
Mr. Narendra D. Najardhane, a Commerce teacher is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. Currently, he teaches Economics to 11th and 12th graders. His educational background includes M.Com, NET, SET, MBA (Prod), SET, A.D.C.M.S., Ph.D. (Rgtd). He is the author of two books in the field of Economics that are referred to by many colleges. He has taught for 10 years at junior and senior colleges. He has published 12 research papers, 4 of which are international and 8 of which are national level. He has also completed Professor's Capacity Building Programme of RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan). He was the HOD (Commerce) in MODEL DEGREE COLLEGE of Amravati University and he has started working with the junior college students with full dedication and a thirst to prove himself.
Mr.Virendra S Bawaskar has 15 years of teaching experience in Education field. He has completed his, M.A (Geography), M.Ed from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon presently known as Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, qualified UGC-NET Exam 2012 and currently pursing Ph.D from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has participated in many State, National and International Seminar and published his research paper in ISBN, ISSN journal, completed the Minor Research Project which was sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi. He has worked as Examination officer in B.Ed. College and worked as student Welfare Officer in Board of students Welfare under Pune University for three year. He was appointed as trainee Teacher for teaching tribal students in Melghat, Amravati
