The junior college wing of the MIT Group of Institutions is affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education offering Science, Commerce & Arts including Electronics, Computer Science, and Crop Science as Bifocal and Vocational courses to the HSC aspirants. Operational since 2014, MIT Junior College has gained a reputation as one of the pioneers of the Integrated HSC program in Maharashtra.

The Integrated HSC Curriculum prepares the Science students or qualifying MHT-CET, JEE Main, and NEET tests for the aspirants. Similarly, Commerce students are also groomed to prepare for CA-CS Foundation entrance tests along with the HSC curriculum.
