Mr. Swastik Santosh Patil

Lecturer - Physics

Mr. Swastik Patil is dynamic and experienced Physics teacher since last 8 years .He has completed M.Sc. Physics, B.Ed under Savitribai Phule Pune university. While completing his masters in Physics, He has successfully completed a project in “Quantum Mechanics” on a famous “Schrödinger’s Equation of Motion”. Mr.Swastik Patil has total 8 years of 11th, 12th IIT-JEE, NEET & CET physics teaching and mentoring experience. Mr. Swastik Patil is currently working in MIT as a Physics lecturer before this he has worked with renowned institutes like Mahesh Tutorials LTD and Pioneer Education pvt.ltd He has actively Participated in three days national seminar “Frontiers In physics- VII” organized by Astro club, Fergusson college, Pune Collaboration With IUCAA . Elementary and Intermediate Certificate Elementary Certification with C grade and Intermediate certification with B grade.

Mr. Amol Ovhal

Lecturer -Zoology

Mr. Amol Sambhaji Ovhal is a science graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and obtained his M.Sc. from same University. He has total 7 years of experience in teaching field. Prior he was working with three reputed institutes in Pune as a Biology lecturer.He has attended VasundharaInternational Festival and presented a research paper on rain water harvesting organized by Pune University. He has actively participated in several workshopsand a symposiums organized by UGC in collaboration with reputed senor college in Pune. The discipline and dedication inculcated during NCC (Naval Unit) scheme has been the integral part of his teaching career. He bagged gold and silver medal in intercollegiate project competition. His forte is JEE, NEET& CET preparation.

Mr. Kapil Khandare

Lecturer - Chemistry

M.Sc, B.Ed He is a science graduate from Shree Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded and obtained his M.Sc. in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has also done B.Ed, a professional course in teaching Secondary and Higher secondary level. He has also qualified GATE examination in Chemistry. He has total 7 years of teaching experience wherein he had worked for three years in KendriyaVidyalaya at higher secondary level. He has specialized experience in teaching JEE &NEET in several national and international institutes such as Meccademia Institute Dubai, Rao IIT academy Pune and Mahesh Tutorial Mumbai. Apart from this he is actively engaged in several other educational activities such as Parents and students counseling and career guidance seminars for stakeholders. He has successfully organized workshops on different topics for chemistry teachers across Maharashtra. His forte is Chemistry and competitive coaching for JEE, NEET & CET.

Miss. Tania Sebastian

Lecturer - Economics

Miss. Tania Sebastian is a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every child. She has completed her Graduation from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and Master's from Savitribai Phule University of Pune. She has also persued the degree of Bachelor of Education (B.ed). Miss Tania is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Commerce. Her subjects are Economics and Organisation of Commerce and Management. She is committed to professional ethics, standards of practice, care and education of young children. She introduces concepts into curriculum related to life and social skills. A passionate educator with an unwavering commitment to instill confidence and self-esteem by providing open communication lines and welcoming attitude when approached by students.

Mr. Manoj Jadhav

Lecturer - IT

Mr. MANOJ L. JADHAV is an I.T. postgraduate by qualification and a lecturer by profession. He has completed Master of Science in I.T from Dept. of Comp Sci & I.T., Marathwada University Aurangabad in 2010. He has been training for engineering aspirants as well as for academics since last 10 years. He has worked in various reputed national level organizations such as National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune, College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune. He is a well-equipped professional, capable of exploiting potential within any given challenging circumstances.

Miss. Angelien Patole

Lecturer - History, Geography, English

Miss. Angelien Patole is a committed, hardworking and a skillful teacher who can make a world of difference in a student's life, impacting everything from their classroom learning to their long-term success. She has completed her MA in English Literature from PROF. RAMKRISHNA MORE ARTS, COMMERCE & SCIENCE COLLEGE. She is also pursuing her B.ed (Bachelor in Education) from Snehavardhak Shaikshanik Trust College of Education Teacher college in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra. Her subjects are English and History. She promotes effective growth and development of students, facilitating the achievement of academic goals and up-grading the overall system of education.

Mr. Mahipal Singh Rajpoot

Lecturer - Physics

M.S Rajpoot, a highly accomplished individual, holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.E-IT) from SGSITS, Indore and boasts a decade of enriching experience as a Physics teacher. His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as he has successfully ventured into entrepreneurship, demonstrating his versatility and leadership in diverse fields. As a Physics teacher with 10 years of teaching experience, M.S Rajpoot has played a pivotal role in shaping the academic journeys of countless students. Ms. Harshada Thombre

Lecturer - Information Technology

Ms. Harshada Thombre is a Commerce graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University and obtained her M.B.A in Information Technology from the same University along with B.Ed. She is currently working as a Lecturer at MAEER’S MIT Junior College, Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. She has 3 years of teaching experience, wherein she taught Information Technology and different Computer Languages at “Novel Institute of Management Studies” and “Sinhgad College – Lonavala” She is a hardworking and sincere employee. She is dedicated and committed towards her work and is efficient .She is well-versed with the software skills and is updated with the software technology.

Mr. Furkhan Kumthe

Lecturer - Commerce Coordinator

Teaching is not a Science it's an Art and I have the Art of Teaching. Mr. Furkhan Kumthe has Completed is PG in Commerce and B.Ed. He has a total 15 years of Experience in teaching all Commerce Subjects. His speciality is Accountancy and Economics. He joined MIT in June 2019. From May 2021 he is working as Commerce Coordinator of All branches of MIT. He also takes CA and CS Foundation classes for MIT students. Till the date a total 6 students have cleared the CA foundation exam and 2 Students have cleared the CS Foundation under his guidance. He works in Talegaon and Alandi, Two branches of MIT.

Mrs. Shalaka Kulkarni

Lecturer - Biology

Post Graduate in Microbiology (Dept. of Microbiology, Savitribai Phule Pune University). Having qualified COUNCIL OF SCENTIFIC INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH -NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST(CSIR-NET) in LIFESCIENCES for LECTURERSHIP at first attempt – rank0332.She has total 9+ years of Teaching Experience which includes teaching as an Assistant Professor at prestigious institutions like Institute of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology (Savitribai Phule Pune University), Pad. Dr D Y Patil ACS College, Pimpri etc. Guiding students for Medical entrance and CET in association with may reputed organizations in since 8+years. Though having an Industrial Experience in Operations management of 4+ years her passion and an enthusiasm for teaching has made her a teaching professional who is eager to motivate and provide students with a solid education She is dependable mentor with collaborative leadership skills to build solid relationships with students and parents .She has also been a member of various organization committees like Association of Microbiologists of India(Pune Unit),Faculty-Institute Of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology ,Savitribai Phule Pune University in arranging and attending various Seminars conducted on Analytical Biology, Molecular Biology, Ecology etc. She is currently associated with MIT VGHS Talegaon Dabhade as BIOLOGY Lecturer.

Mr. Amey Damle

Lecturer - Biology

Mr. Amey Damle has completed graduation and post-graduation in Botany subject from University of Pune and B.Ed. from University of Pune. He has 7 years Experiences in teaching Biology subject in different colleges in Pune. He has total work Experience of 12 years which includes biotechnology laboratory experiences. As a person he is friendly, motivated and encouraging. He has thorough knowledge of concepts of biology and sound practical knowledge. He also received various certificates for completion of different extracurricular activities.

Mr. Vijay Prakash Bhosale

Vandana Rajaram Kemse

Physical Education Teacher

Is a dedicated Physical Education Teacher with a strong educational background, holding an M.A. and M.Ped. She embarked on her teaching journey in 2008 Areas of Expertise: Empowering Girls in Domestic Well-being Combating Eve-teasing Motivational Speaking for Schools and Colleges in Maval Taluka Samajbhushan Puraskar from Dada Kondke Foundation Over 150 Awards from Various Esteemed Institutions She has successfully handled over 1500 cases during her tenure at Sir Senapati Umabai Dabhade. This achievement reflects her commitment to resolving challenges and fostering a positive environment within the institution. Passionately engage with schools and colleges across Maval Taluka, delivering motivational speeches to inspire and empower students. By sharing insights and experiences, encourage personal and academic growth, fostering a positive and motivated learning environment.

Mr. Shiva Kumar Bolla

Lecturer - Chemistry

Is a M.Sc, B.ed, TET ( Teachers Eligibility Test)qualified and experienced Chemistry teacher since last Ten years. He is a post graduate from Chemistry Department, Osmania University. Mr .Shiva Kumar Bolla is currently working as a lecturer of Chemistry in the department of Science respectively. He has also worked in Sri Gayatri Junior college. Apart from this he is actively engaged in several other educational activities such as Parents and students counseling and career guidance seminars for stakeholders. He has successfully organized workshops on different topics for chemistry teachers. His forte is Chemistry and competitive coaching for JEE, NEET & CET.

Mrs. Pranita Sharma

Lecturer - English

Is an Enthusiastic, respectful, Friendly Educator and Mentor with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. She is Masters in Arts from Pune University, B. Ed from North Maharashtra University. She has qualified her CTET Levels 1 and 2. She has PG diploma certificate in spoken English. She Has 14 years of teaching experience. She has also taken spoken English classes for students as well as adults. She believes in effective growth and development of students as well as the organization.

Mrs. Puja Pardeshi

Is a highly qualified professional, holding a Masters in Cost & Management Accounting from Savitribai Phule University of Pune. Currently serving as a dedicated lecturer of Book-keeping & Accountancy in the Department of Commerce, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained over 8 years of experience in the field. Mrs. Pardeshi's enthusiasm for commerce and education is evident in her keen interest and exceptional skills in the subject matter. Mr. Ajit Kumar Maurya

Lecturer - Physics

Mr. Ajit Kumar Maurya is experienced Physics teacher. He has completed B.E (Electronics) under Mumbai university. He has total 10 years of 11th, 12th IIT-JEE, NEET & CET physics teaching and mentoring experience. Mr. Ajit Kumar Maurya is currently working in MIT as a Physics lecturer before this he has worked with renowned institutes like visual academy Pune and Aryan Foundation Ratnagiri . He has mentor more than 5000 student which is now studies or pass out from prestigious engineering collage like IIT , NIT , COEP, VJTI etc.

Mrs. Rajeshwari Madgole

M.Sc, B.Ed , She completed her Post Graduated in 2013 from Main Campus Gulbarga University Gulbarga, Karnataka . She completed her B.Ed from Allam Prabhu College Gulbarga University in 2014. She has more than 10 Years of experience in teaching. She worked as a Guest lecturer in Govt Degree College for 3 years. She had taken KCET/MH CET/JEE for 12th STD Science students for more than 3 years in Basaveshwara College Karnataka. She has worked as a lecturer in Moden Juniour College Nigadi Pune for 1 Year. She has worked as a PGT in High Vision International School & Juniors College for 2 Years. At Present She is working as lecturer in Mathematics for Commerce Stream and CA/CS Foundation Crash course.
