Dr. Sadashiv S. Kumbhar
Dr. Sadashiv Kumbhar is the Principal and Senior Lecturer – Physics at MIT Junior College, Alandi. He is lateral and has 30 years’ teaching experience in physics. He was previously employed in one of the recognized institutions in the state - Kirloskar Junior College, Kirloskarwadi. He has done B.Sc. with a gold medal, M.Sc. (Physics), Doctorate in Applied Physics, M.Phil. (Physics) and a post-graduation in education.
His proficiency lies in contemporary ideas of teaching. Real life examples are his tool to encourage students to not only understand; but also inculcate physics in their lives. He has proven to be a milestone in converting average students into scoring performers. As a talented professional, all throughout his teaching journey, he has strongly believed in practical based teaching, along with the use of latest educational tools. Apart from his regular duties, he has conducted many workshops on topics such as human behavior, career guidance and the role of parents.
Dr. Omkar Inamdar
Dr. Omkar Inamdar is a Vice Principal of MIT Jr. College, Alandi (D). He also works as a Marketing Executive and English Lecturer. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of education. At MIT Junior College, Alandi, plays a key role in the admission process. He has completed M.A. (English) from Fergusson College, Pune, and M.Phil. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He received his Ph.D. from the same University. He has participated in various state-level and national-level seminars and published papers in international journals. He is also a renowned motivational speaker.
Mr. Praveen Kumar
Mr. Praveen Kumar has done M.Sc. (Biology), with a specialization in cytogenetics, from Magadh University, Bihar and B.Ed. from Nagpur University, and successfully cleared the IELTS and MT exams. He is a dynamic and diligent academician and trainer, who has taught students appearing for exams such as NEET, AIIMS, PMT and JIPMER, and has more than 16 years’ experience. He was previously employed with DY Patil University, RJ Foundation and various coaching classes. He teaches with a zeal and motivates his students. He has published articles in the journal Science Reporter.
Ms. Smita V Kashid
Ms. Smita Kashid has completed M.Tech. (Industrial Mathematics, with Computer Application) from Pune University and is pursuing B.Ed. She has previously worked in Army Institute of Technology, Pune and other engineering colleges. Her total work experience is 9 years. Her project work includes the following:
• Job related social networking project - Completed during M.Tech.
• Software Testing course from Seed Infotech
Mr. Ramakant R. Musmade
Mr. Ramakant Musmade has done M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry), MCM and B.Ed. He has a total of 12 years’ experience in teaching chemistry in places such as DY Patil College and Chate Coaching Classes. He also has 2 years industrial experience.
Mr. Prashant Shishupal
Mr. Prashant Shishupal has 5 years’ experience in teaching English to under under-graduate students in Pune. He has done M.A. (English) from University of Pune, followed by B.Ed. He has also cleared the SET exam.
His expertise lies in bringing innovative thought in teaching language and literature by giving real life examples, which motivate students. He always believes in activity based classes and uses modern teaching aids. He believes that literature mirrors the state of the society. Apart from his regular duties, he has participated in various seminars and presented several research papers.
Mrs. Monali Deshmukh
Mrs .Monali Deshmukh has completed M.Sc Electronics from Fergusson College, Pune under Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has total 10 years of teaching experience from Senior College. She is currently pursuing B.Ed. She has also completed various workshops and faculty development programmes for different advanced technology topics. She has started her career with teaching for B.Sc. Computer Science and B.Sc Regular students. She has also guided B.Sc. students for projects. She is compatible in teaching students as per their level. Her subjects of expertise are Microcontroller, Embedded System, Analog and Digital Electronics.
Mr. Sachin G. Zambre
Mr. Sachin Zambre has a total of 10 years’ experience in teaching physics to students of higher classes. This includes work with Godavari Engineering College, Jalgaon; Kendriya Vidyalaya, Varangaon, Maharashtra; and Rao IIT Academy, Pune.
For his excellent research oriented teaching, he was awarded the Faculty of the Year prize in 2017-18 by Rao IIT Academy.
Mr. Rakesh Madasu
Mr. Rakesh Madasu has completed B.Tech from LITAM college, Andhra Pradesh .He was 9 years experience in successful teaching CET, Olympiad and other competitive exams. His experience in colleges such as SASI educational institutions, Patil's Oxford PU College and Sanjay Ghodawat IIT academy.
Mr. Chetan M Birajdar
Mr. Chetan M Birajdar has completed MTech from VJTI, Mumbai. He has worked with IIT JEE coaching classes such as Rao IIT and IITian Prashikshan Kendra, Pune. His experience spans successful teaching for other competitive exams as well such as NEET and CET.
Mr. Rishabh Kumar
Mr. Rishabh Kumar has completed M.Tech in civil engineering form NIT Durgapur, West Bengal. He has successfully cleared GATE exam several times. He previously worked in engineering college as a lecturer. He has total teaching experience almost two years in various Institutions. During his academic journey, he used to guide and motivate students for JEE Mains/Advance and helped them to get admission in reputed engineering colleges like NIT, IIT etc. This hobby motivated him to pursue a career as a Mathematics faculty. He believes, with proper guidance and focusing on fundamental concepts, we can help students to get success in such exams.
Mr. Akshay Jagtap
Mr. Akshay Jagtap has one year experience in teaching physical education. He has done M.A. (Geography) from University of Pune, followed by B.PEd. He has done specialization in basketball and football. As a result of that he is also a professional player of Basketball and Football. His expertise lies in bringing students more closer to sports which motivate students to have practical application of sports. He always believes in activity based classes and uses modern sports aids to create awareness about various games.
Mr. Panala Suresh Reddy
Mr. Panala Suresh Reddy (M.Sc. B.Ed.) had completed his post-graduation in chemistry from well reputed Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana. He started his career as a lecturer at degree college in 2007 and later he turned into JEE/NEET faculty and all other Competitive exam sectors to build the career of students .He has been striving sincerely for the overall well-being and growth of students in their respective fields.
Mrs. Deepali Suhas Walke
Mrs. Deepali Suhas Walke has completed M.Sc.Computer Science from MIT College, Alandi. Her total work experience is of 5 years in educational field. She started her career with teaching B.Sc. Computer Science students and worked in many renowned schools and institutes. She has guided B.Sc. students for projects. She is compatible in teaching students as per their level.
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Sadashiv Honmane
Mr. Dnyaneshwar Sadashiv Honmane has completed B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli. He has 2 years experience in teaching physics to students of higher education in coaching centre. He also has 2 years industrial experience.
Mr. Ajay Pathak
Ajay is an NITian with 11 years of teaching experience. Having built upon his passion in teaching especially JEE aspirants, Ajay started his teaching career in 2011 with a reputed coaching institute. Ajay has been mentoring students from the foundation level to JEE Advanced level. He has also worked as an assistant professor with reputed engineering colleges of Pune. During his association with Pune University, Ajay produced highest passing result across all colleges under Pune University during 2018-19. He has also published two research papers in Scopus indexed journals as part of his undergoing PhD research work. His vast experience in teaching and analysing the weak points of students connects him easily with students and help them to enhance their knowledge and confidence.
Mr. Namdev S. Chougale
Mr. Namdev S. Chougale has done M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry), from Modern College of Arts, Commerce & Science college, Pune. He has also qualified NET & SET. He has a total of more than 8 years of experience in teaching chemistry in various Institution such as Prof. Ramkrishna More College, Akurdi and IIT Pragati, MC Square pvt. Education for JEE, NEET and CET aspirants.
Mr. Shrikant Achole
Mr. Shrikant Achole has done M.Sc. (Computer Science), with a specialization in Software Engineer. He has more than 14 years of teaching experience. He has previously worked in Sri Chaitanya Educational Institute, Bavdhan. He has worked as an Administrator Officer and HOD of Computer Science department. He was declared “Best Teacher of the year 2019-20” by Marathawada Vikas Munch, Chinchawad, Pune. He is passionate about supporting students to develop the confidence in them to achieve their dreams. He has also participated in various state-level and national-level seminars.
Ms. Suman Yadav
Ms. Suman Yadav is qualified teacher with CTET, AWES (A.P.S.) cleared and has completed M.Com. (Business Administration) and B.Ed. from Pune University. She has 2 published papers in ISBN journal. Her total work experience is more than 7 years in various institute like Ness Wadia college of commerce and Army public school.
Mr. Sudhakar Rao
Mr. Sudhakar Rao is having 22 years of teaching Experience in various colleges. He produced many students in AIR 50 in NEET and many in AIR 100 in JEE and gave 100 percent result in Board examination also. He worked as a mentor for students to crack good rank in competitive exams. He provides the logic behind the concept for easy remembrance. He believes in interacting with the students while teaching.
Mr. Kiran Kolte
Mr. Kiran Suresh Kolte is working at MAEER’S VISHWASHANTI GURUKUL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL as a Lecturer for Biology (NEET) subject. He has a rich experience of 18+ years of teaching Biology. He holds the Master of Science & Bachelor of Education Degree from Department of Botany, University of Pune. He is experienced of teaching for Entrance Examinations of NEET, CBSE & Maharashtra State Board. He works hard for overall development of the students. He motivates students for working hard to clear the entrance examinations.
